For years, my work has taken place in the operating room, where every detail matters and every moment carries weight. As a surgery nurse, I’ve been trusted to show up with focus, care, and steady hands in some of life’s most critical moments. For the patients and families, it's about being present for some of life’s most challenging moments, but also for the quiet victories, remembering to celebrate progress, no matter how small. Alongside that, I’ve spent the last fourteen years painting - what began as a personal passion grew into something more. My work has been collected across the U.S. and internationally. Painting has always been where I could slow down, observe deeply, and translate emotion into something beautiful.

But it wasn’t until my own wedding that everything came together. Experiencing a day surrounded by love, celebration, and the quiet support of the people who matter most shifted something in me. It felt like one of life’s rare moments where everything is centered around joy, connection, and the beginning of something meaningful. I realized I wanted to be part of that.

Wedding painting became the bridge between both worlds. It brings together the presence and attentiveness I’ve developed in healthcare with the creativity and expression I’ve built through years of painting. It's celebrating the greatest victory and adding to the moment in real time. On a wedding day, I approach each piece with the same care and intention. My goal is not just to capture how the day looked, but to create something that allows you to feel it again. Some moments deserve more than to pass. They deserve to be held onto.
